There is a certain tranquility about oceans and beaches. You can sit on the beach, put your toes in the sand and listen to the waves hit the beach. This can be very relaxing. Many people find walking on the beach allows them to clear their mind and be more creative. The sound of the water is a soothing sound and can relieve the the stress of everyday life.
